All Sunnies Face products are proudly paraben-free.
Are Sunnies Face products cruelty-free?
We have never tested on animals and all our products are cruelty-free — we only test on ourselves, our friends, and our family!
Are Sunnies Face products fragrance-free?
All our products are safe for sensitive skin and completely fragrance-free. We never use synthetic fragrances that may irritate the skin.
Are Sunnies Face products safe for pregnant women?
Sunnies Face products are safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Where are your products formulated?
Sunnies Face products are formulated in Italy by one of the biggest and most luxurious manufacturers in the world for a best-in-class formula & experience.
Do Sunnies Face products work with all skin types?
Sunnies Face is formulated to work well with all skin types, but if you’d like, you can patch test our products first before fully applying.
Do you sell Sunnies Face gift cards?
At this time, we do not offer gift cards for purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
How long will it take to process & receive my Sunnies Face order?
Orders received before 12pm PST are generally processed within the day, but in some cases, we do have a maximum processing time of 24-48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be processed the following business day. Please allow 2-6 business days for standard shipping depending on your location.
Due to the busy holiday season, please expect an additional 3-4 business days for your order to be shipped.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on all orders +$30. For orders under $30, we charge a $5 standard shipping fee. We also offer $10 expedited shipping which can be selected at checkout.
Where does Sunnies Face ship?
Sunnies Face ships to all 50 states in the United States, although we are only able to offer standard shipping to APO/FPO/US Territory addresses.
Does Sunnies Face ship Internationally?
Currently, www.sunniesface.com only ships to addresses within the United States.
What do I do if I am having difficulty tracking my package?

Can I edit my address after placing my order?

I need to place a return or exchange—what do I do?
All sales placed on sunniesface.com are final. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide replacements or refunds for products purchased within the US. Please reach out to orders@sunniesface.com with any questions or issues with your order.
Free gifts and samples are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

I’ve lost my return slip—what do I do?
Don’t worry, just email us at orders@sunniesface.com and we’ll generate a new one for you.

How long does it take to process a return?
Upon receiving notification that your order has been returned to our warehouse, a refund should be issued to your credit card within 24-48 hours.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

How quickly will I see a Sunnies Face charge on my credit card?
Your credit card will be charged immediately as soon as your purchase is confirmed.

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.

How can I update my order after I have already placed it?

How can I check the status of my order?
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation where you can track your package’s location. You can also email us at orders@sunniesface.com for an update on your order.
Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
You may only use 1 promo or discount code per order.
How do I cancel an order?
To cancel your order, please reach out to orders@sunniesface.com and we’ll handle the rest.
